Program Overview

The UAB Research Laboratory Management Graduate Certificate provides researchers with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage scientific laboratories effectively. Ideal for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and staff, the program includes coursework in management, leadership, safety, and compliance to equip participants for successful laboratory leadership roles. The certificate program is delivered on-campus through in-person meetings.
