Program Overview

The Bachelor of Human Services (Child and Family Practice) at UniSQ prepares students to work effectively with children, youth, and families facing challenges such as marginalization and trauma. The 24-unit program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills through mandatory on-campus residential schools and 500 hours of supervised professional placements. Graduates qualify for potential careers in fields like child safety, counseling, and domestic violence support. Eligibility for ACWA membership is available to qualifying graduates.
