UniSQ's construction major in the Diploma of Multidisciplinary Studies provides general knowledge of assignment writing to prepare students for university study. It also develops their understanding of construction management, engineering, and the built environment. Students strengthen their problem-solving and mathematics skills and delve deeper into methods, application, and design to broaden their knowledge of construction work.

To complete this degree, students must complete 8 units. Most courses are valued at 1 unit.
Careers:
As diploma graduates, students will have general knowledge in preparation for a career in various areas within the construction industry. Additional study can further develop their skills and career opportunities. Possible careers include construction supervisor, foreman, constriction supervisor, building supervisor, site supervisor, and facilities supervisor.
Other:
- Students who have completed four units of study within the Diploma may be able to exit with an Undergraduate Certificate of University Studies qualification.
- The program is offered online.
