Overview

The MSc Real Estate Development and Investment is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Entry Requirements

• UK citizens and permanent residents: An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2 or above in a relevant subject.
• International entry requirements: The University of Greenwich accepts a broad range of international qualifications for admission to our courses.

• Home: £11,325 (full-time), £1,887 per 30 credits (part-time)
• International: £17,975 (full-time), £2,996 per 30 credits (part-time)
