Overview

The University of Greenwich offers a Secondary PGCE (11-19) (Provider-led School-based) with QTS program, designed to prepare Beginning Teachers for work in schools and colleges. This school-based program is designed to equip trainees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and understanding to have a significant impact on the lives of pupils.

Course Content

The program includes lectures delivered by experts in their field, which will help students widen their individual skills, expertise, and background knowledge in their subject specialism. The course also includes a range of subject areas for students to teach, such as:

Entry Requirements

• A UK citizen or have permanent residency from outside the UK
• An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2 or above in a relevant subject
• GCSE Mathematics, GCSE English Language at grade 4/C
• Equivalent qualifications may be considered
