This online haematology programme boosts your understanding of blood management and haematology patient management for progression to senior positions.
Overview
Our Haematology Programmes are online degrees aimed at health sector employees who want to keep their knowledge up to date with the latest developments in the field of Haematology. The programmes provide specialist knowledge of current practice in normal and pathological blood management and blood transfusion and haematology patient management.
Course Structure
- Complete two modules for a PG Cert in Haematology, or four modules for a PG Diploma in Haematology.
- Complete four modules and a research project to gain an MSc in Haematology.
- The MSc in Haematology is accredited by the Institute of Biomedical Science.

UK Citizens and Permanent Residents
- An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2, or above, in a relevant subject.
- Applicants without a degree that have professional clinical qualifications or relevant professional experience in healthcare/the NHS may be considered.
- Applicants are also expected to be registered practitioners.
