Course Structure
The program is structured over four years, with the first year introducing students to a wide range of business disciplines. From Year 2, students choose two subjects to continue studying, alongside further Management Development Programme (MDP) modules. Learning and Teaching
Teaching is over two semesters in blocks of 12 weeks, using lectures, tutorials, seminars, team-based projects, online materials, and interactive sessions. External contributors from corporate organisations are involved in teaching and assessing student presentations.
Assessment
The majority of classes involve a final unseen exam, supplemented by individual and/or group coursework. A range of assessment techniques are used, including business reports, case studies, essays, presentations, individual and group projects, learning journals, and peer assessments.

- Year 2: Management Development Programme 2, Business Analysis classes (e.g., Analysing & Improving Operations, Managing Business Processes & Information Systems), and Hospitality & Tourism classes (e.g., Service Encounter Management, Destination Marketing Management).
- Year 3: Management Development Programme 3, Business Analysis classes (e.g., Understanding & Optimising Business Systems, Knowledge & Innovation Management), and Hospitality & Tourism classes (e.g., Industry Placement, Events Management, Internationalisation of Tourism Products and Services).
