  • Research Methods & Reasoning, delivered entirely online via My Place during semester 1, provides the basis for undertaking a Masters-level dissertation.
  • Students completing two years of study will receive a Postgraduate Diploma.
  • Year 3:
  • Research dissertation worth 60 credits in a subject area of choice.
  • One-to-one support from a supervisor during the dissertation process.
  • Dissertation can be completed by distance learning, providing flexibility for students with work commitments.

Assessment:

  • Written coursework that draws on academic study and reflection on practical experiences in education.

Teaching:

  • Student and staff-led research seminars.
  • Distance learning students participate in online seminars.
