- Apply methodologies for harnessing and analysing process data to support business process digitisation using platforms like SAS JMP Pro Software. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will also be considered with exposure to Software platforms such as Blue Prism.

- Prepare a digitalisation roadmap and associated business case to guide strategic automation and investment decisions.
