Program Overview

The Contemporary Issues in Sports Law module from the University of Limerick provides students with an understanding of the legal aspects of sports, including contract law, civil law, criminal law, employment law, and administrative law. The module also examines alternative dispute resolution, child protection, and safeguarding. All programme applicants must meet the entry requirements listed if applying for a further award.
