Program Overview

This two-year program trains students in the principles and techniques of Lean and Six Sigma, with a focus on leadership, change management, and project implementation. Graduates will be equipped with the skills to identify and implement improvements in organizational processes, and will be considered Master Black Belts in Lean and Six Sigma. The program is also available as an apprenticeship with up to 80% fees paid.
