Entry Requirements:
A minimum Level 6 qualification in HRM or a cognate area. Those with a Level 7 qualification in HRM or a cognate area will be considered for entry to Year 2 of the course. You must also have a minimum of two years’ work experience with at least six months experience in a management, supervisory or other equivalent experience. You are required to complete a Recognition of prior learning (RPL) form, giving details of your work experience, previous courses and informal learning experiences. RPL is a process which seeks to acknowledge all forms of learning.
