Program Overview

The Certificate in Workplace Transversal Skills is a one-year, part-time program. The program is designed to help individuals develop a set of transversal competencies and skills appropriate for personal and professional development, such as teamwork, change, and cultural diversity, co-operation in the workplace, transforming aspirations to goals, and problem-solving techniques. The skills gained from the program enable learners to build their individual confidence and apply them in a new or familiar workplace.
