Program Overview

The Digitalisation of Business & Industry Processes Professional Diploma is a one-year, part-time program that equips graduates with the competencies to act as a "Digital Support" within an enterprise. The program is delivered primarily online through blended learning and self-directed study, and focuses on the acquisition of skills in process digitalisation, data analytics, and machine learning. Graduates will be able to integrate systems, analyze key data, and demonstrate opportunities and added value for the business through process digitalisation.
