  • This module will enhance your professional writing skills, with a focus on writing for digital content delivery and new writing frameworks. You will learn to write audience-focused digital media content, emphasizing inclusive writing strategies like plain language. The module covers interpersonal, intercultural, and nonverbal communication theories and their practical applications in professional settings, including delivering presentations, conducting interviews, and working in virtual teams.
  • Learning Design (M):
  • This module will introduce you to the principles of learning design and how they can be used to create training materials and online courses.

Assessment:

Assessment will be through continuous assessment through a series of engaging and industry-relevant e-tivities. There are no terminal exams on this program.

  • The program is delivered online, allowing you to study from anywhere in the world.
