Program Overview

This part-time online course provides a leadership qualification for childcare professionals seeking to lead and manage childcare settings. Upon completion, participants are eligible to register as Lead Practitioners/Managers with the Scottish Social Services Council. The program focuses on applying theory to practice through workplace-based activities and reflective practice, enhancing professional confidence and skills while promoting better outcomes for children.
