Program Overview

This specialist certificate, designed by and endorsed by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, provides surgeons with the knowledge and skills to excel as trainers in surgical education. It covers core medical education principles, teaching and learning in practice, and surgical education techniques. Graduates are prepared for careers in medical and surgical education, with opportunities for further advancement through PGDip or Masters courses.
