Program Overview

This program provides a comprehensive understanding of best practices in assessing and managing frail adults in the health and social care sectors. It covers the physical and psychological impacts of frailty, evidence-based detection methods, and frailty assessment and care planning skills. Delivered through a blended learning approach, the program includes lectures, tutorials, and e-learning resources, and awards an Advanced Diploma of Continuing Professional Development in Care of the Frail Adult upon successful completion.
