The Category Management & Plan program provides participants with a structured method for analyzing each key purchasing category and generating a plan for efficient management. The program focuses on developing a Category Plan for a critical family of products in the participant's company, for subsequent implementation and communication both internally and externally (supplier markets).

- Analyze the supplier market using market intelligence techniques
- Negotiate with powerful suppliers in complex markets
