Program Presentation

The Project Management program is a discipline in constant evolution. The current uncertainty and the speed of change derived from the digital revolution make it necessary to gain agility and flexibility in the definition, development, and implementation of our projects.

This program develops the competencies and skills necessary to manage and lead projects in the current context, assimilating the knowledge, mentalities, aptitudes, and attitudes necessary to successfully complete projects, regardless of their level of complexity.

Objectives

The program will develop the following competencies and skills:

• Master the economic and financial aspects to defend the project's viability and value contribution.
• Direct and lead the project team, being aware of the keys to managing people.

Admission and Registration

The participant or the company may request the cancellation of the registration up to 15 days before the start of the program, and IQS undertakes to refund the total amount. From that date or once the program has started, IQS will decide whether it is appropriate to refund and the amount to be reimbursed if applicable.

IQS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the start of the program if the minimum number of participants is not reached to carry it out and guarantee its quality standards. In that case, IQS will contact the participant or the company to proceed with the refund of the total amount paid.

FAQs

• What should I do to register? Fill out the form that appears by clicking the "Register" button.
• Can I benefit from any aid? Yes, always and when the registration fee is paid by you, totally or partially. In the case that your company supports you economically, the percentage of the aid will only apply to the amount invoiced to the participant and may vary depending on the labor, personal, and economic circumstances of the candidate. Additionally, IQS may offer individuals the possibility of deferring payment in several installments, provided that there is an initial payment when formalizing the reservation of a place. Former IQS students have special economic conditions.
• Can my company benefit from any discount? Yes, always and when any of the following circumstances occur:
  • Being a member of the Fundació Empreses IQS.
  • Having previously trained collaborators in IQS Executive Education.
  • Enrolling more than one participant in the same program and edition.
  The percentage or amount of the discount will only apply to the amount invoiced to the company and will depend on the concurrence of the above criteria. Former IQS students have special economic conditions.
• Is the program eligible for Fundae (Tripartita) funding? Yes, it is eligible since we meet the requirements for this purpose. The amount or percentage of the funding will depend on the hours and modality, as well as other criteria outside of IQS. IQS does not take charge of the procedures for this funding and does not issue any invoices to third-party organizing entities.
