Program Presentation
The Packaging Purchasing program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop strategies for purchasing packaging materials. The program is structured according to the value chain, drivers, and integration into the purchasing strategy. It includes green purchasing criteria for packaging circularity.
Objectives
The program aims to develop participants' competencies and skills to:
- Identify factors and processes determining packaging purchases for different materials
- Perform an ABC analysis of current references to optimize their number
- Define strategies to take control of packaging purchasing management
- Understand the value contribution of each link in the packaging production and supply chain
