• Gestión de compras y aprovisionamientos (Global Sourcing, Compras vs. Aprovisionamientos, Búsqueda y selección de proveedores, Contratación con proveedores)
• Gestión de los almacenes (Funciones del almacén, Instalaciones y equipos del almacén, Stocks de materias, componentes y consumibles, Procesos de gestión de los almacenes, El rol de las personas en los almacenes)
• Gestión del transporte y la distribución física (Evolución y tendencias actuales en la gestión de transportes, Estrategia de transportes, como herramienta competitiva global, Redes de transporte internacionales y domésticas, Comercio Internacional: Incoterms)
• Lean Logistics (Adaptación del Lean Management al ámbito logístico)
