The Lean Manufacturing program is designed to help participants understand the principles of Lean Manufacturing and how to implement them in their organizations. The program focuses on the Toyota Production System, the 5 principles of Lean Manufacturing, and the Kaizen methodology.

Objectives

The program aims to develop the following competencies and skills:

• Lead the implementation of a Lean system in a company
• Map and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Redesign workflows and implement Kaizen processes to eliminate variability
• Manage cultural and organizational change

  • Building a Lean system aligned with the company's strategy
  • Transformation plan based on the Lean roadmap and VSM
  • Organization, communication plan, and change management
• Implantar el Lean (Lean Business Deployment)
  • Acceleration vs. Transformation: speed vs. sustainability
  • Implementation of pilot activities
  • From a traditional factory to a Lean factory
  • Real cases
• Controlar las operaciones Lean (Lean Business Scorecard)
  • Alignment with the indicators of the Scorecard
  • Lean indicators: OEE, SQDIP, QCDMS
  • Costs and benefits of a Lean implementation
