Program Presentation
The Lean Manufacturing program is designed to help participants understand the principles of Lean Manufacturing and how to implement them in their organizations. The program focuses on the Toyota Production System, the 5 principles of Lean Manufacturing, and the Kaizen methodology.
Objectives
The program aims to develop the following competencies and skills:
- Lead the implementation of a Lean system in a company
- Map and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Redesign workflows and implement Kaizen processes to eliminate variability
