The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) program is designed to develop the skills and competencies necessary for Demand and Supply Planners in the supply chain to generate reliable demand forecasts, establish planning and control mechanisms for resources and inventories, and carry out the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

Objectives

The program aims to enable participants to:

• Generate reliable demand forecasts using the latest tools and methodologies
• Establish planning and control mechanisms for resources and inventories to meet demand
• Carry out the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Program activities to execute production and control progress
