Program Overview

LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) is a full-time program that teaches newcomers essential listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to help them settle into Canada. The program is designed for learners with varying educational backgrounds and offers practical or academic tracks based on language proficiency. Classes run Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate work schedules. Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees are eligible to apply on LINC Application Day.
