Program Overview

This course provides licensed practical nurses (LPNs) the opportunity to refresh their IV skills learned in their diploma program through online reading and exercises, as well as hands-on practice in a nursing lab. After successfully completing the online exam and self-study, students will participate in a scheduled lab to enhance their IV initiation, infusion, and medication administration skills, ensuring safe and professional care for clients receiving infusion therapy.
