Program Overview

This course trains individuals in advanced document management skills using Microsoft Word, covering report creation, formatting, and graphic insertion. The assessment-first approach provides a tailored learning plan, and the curriculum prepares participants for the Word Core Microsoft Office Specialist certification exam. Prior experience in Microsoft Word and a typing speed of 20 words per minute are recommended.
