The Graduate Certificate in Business Information Systems equips students with general information technology (IT) knowledge and skills to bring to their business or workplace. Students have the opportunity to:
- Study critical project management topics: This covers areas like project selection and life cycle, stakeholder management, scope and schedule development, and risk management.
- Acquire knowledge about integrated business processes: This includes understanding Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and related software solutions.
- Understand the field of business intelligence (BI): This involves learning about impacts, capabilities, and roles in decision making, as well as gaining hands-on experience with popular BI and analytical tools.
