Overview

  • This logistics management course will also provide both pre-experience career preparation and post-experience career progression opportunities for students from any disciplinary background at first degree level, but with the aspiration to enter or progress more rapidly in careers in logistics management or business.
  • It will build on your existing skills and capabilities to develop Masters level knowledge and skills in the business and logistics management field, enhancing your employability and future career prospects.
  • Our teaching will enable you to link theory into practice by a variety of methods, including case studies, business simulations, the completion of an applied research project and, in some cases, by means of a work-based learning component.

Structure:

  • The program can be studied full-time over one year.
  • It includes a core program of study designed to broaden and reinforce management knowledge in areas of managing operations, project management, risk and resilience, and the internet of things.
  • Students will additionally cover a range of topics specific to their chosen subject area, such as international logistics, applied logistics, procurement and supply, strategic issues in logistics and sustainability and environment.
