Program Overview
Through lectures, workshops, and tutorials, students will develop skills in problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a CPD certificate and may apply 15 credits toward a postgraduate award.

Degree Overview:
This course introduces you to the professional and technical subjects within the field of real estate, and the building technology concepts with regards to traditional domestic and low-rise multi-storey construction.
Objectives:
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- generate new ideas, innovations or solutions to problems
- work constructively and cooperatively in teams
- apply ethical and professional values to situations.
Teaching:
Teaching and learning will take place using a flexible programme of lectures, workshops, seminars and tutorials.

- Course dates: 24 September 2024 - 31 January 2025, Tuesday mornings (term-time only)
- A CPD certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
- Successful completion can also contribute 15 credits towards a postgraduate award.
The fee for this course is £995.Payment is due before the course starts.
Entry Requirements:
- You should have a minimum of three years’ professional experience and have the support of your employer to integrate study and projects into your day-to-day work.
- You will probably be employed on significant infrastructure or building works, with experience of developing and coordinating projects.
- If you wish to receive credit, you should also have a 2:2 honours degree in a construction-related subject.
- Applicants with non-standard entry qualifications and/or relevant experience will be considered on an individual basis.
