Program Overview


This course provides an understanding of real estate development practice, including the development process, planning and development appraisal skills. It aims to develop skills in real estate development relevant to a career as a specialist planning and development surveyor. Upon successful completion, a CPD certificate will be issued, and it can also contribute 15 credits towards a postgraduate award.

  • Administering clinical care to children whilst communicating effectively so they remain calm and understand what is being said.
  • Building relationships with families and carers of children who are unwell by providing emotional support.
  • Administering medicines and managing correct dosages.
  • Providing appropriate support for children in managing chronic illnesses.

Entry Requirements:

  • You should have a minimum of three years’ professional experience and have the support of your employer to integrate study and projects into your day-to-day work.
  • You will probably be employed on significant infrastructure or building works, with experience of developing and coordinating projects.
  • If you wish to receive credit, you should also have a 2:2 honours degree in a construction-related subject.
  • Applicants with non-standard entry qualifications and/or relevant experience will be considered on an individual basis.
