Program Overview

This course examines real estate investment strategies, including commercial and residential markets. Students will compare real estate to other investment assets and evaluate investment behavior and fund management strategies. Through lectures, workshops, and seminars, the program will equip learners with skills to analyze the real estate investment market and manage investment portfolios.
