Mass Communications, B.A.J.M.C.

College of Information and Communications

The Mass Communications program prepares students for a career in communications, allowing them to explore various mass media and communications fields or pursue graduate or law school.

What You’ll Study

After completing Carolina Core and foundational requirements, students learn the basics of the communication industry and have the ability to choose from classes in all other journalism fields, including print, broadcasting, advertising, public relations, and visual communications. Students may also pursue a sports media concentration.
