Operations and supply chain management is the effective coordination of people, processes and technology to help organizations succeed. This is a high-demand major useful in all sectors of the economy.

In this major, you'll learn various supply chain management strategies and techniques, global sourcing strategies, how to design, manage and improve operations and business processes, how to manage and improve operational processes, and how to apply operations and supply chain knowledge and skills to real-world situations.

With this degree, you'll be able to systematically analyze and improve business processes in manufacturing, services and health care and their supply chains and be prepared for industry-validated professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and APICS CPIM. There are also optional concentrations in business analytics and sustainability in business.
