Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner: Nursing, Certificate

Prepare to provide holistic mental health care integrating neuroscientific principles of behavior, experience and psychopharmacology with psychotherapy, consultation and trauma-related care.


The certificate is restricted to students who hold a master’s degree in nursing. The curriculum augments prior graduate study through advanced practice preparation. This curriculum prepares nurses to sit for national certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
