Arnold School of Public Health

Prepare for a professional career in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion and education programs in a variety of practice settings like health departments, communities or schools.

Become an effective advocate for positive change, finding ways to improve public health that are cost-effective and embedded in community structures and culture for lasting impact. An online program is available for those with two years of post-baccalaureate professional experience. A dual degree with social work is offered as well. Complete the program in person or 100% online at any time.

What You’ll Study

Apply the social and behavioral sciences to improve public health. Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand attitudes and behaviors. Plan, implement and evaluate programs that promote informed decision-making and health behavior change in individuals and communities.
