The Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Global Security program is a unique double degree that combines the study of law with global security. This program is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the complex causes of terrorism and the security challenges of the Indo-Pacific region.
Program Structure
The program consists of 120 credit points, with 75 credit points dedicated to law units and 45 credit points dedicated to global security units. Students will study a range of subjects, including trial advocacy, legal protection of international human rights, refugee law, terrorism in a globalized world, and Middle East politics and security.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the program, students must meet the minimum academic and English language requirements. The minimum academic requirement for the Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Global Security program is an ATAR of 90 or equivalent. Students must also meet the minimum English language requirements, which include a scaled mark of 50 or higher in one of the following: English ATAR, Literature ATAR, or English as an Additional Dialect (EALD) ATAR.
