- A portfolio of current artwork demonstrating a continuing interest in art making.

- At least a year’s experience of paid or voluntary work in a caring setting (equivalent to a year's full-time work).
- A reference from a current or recent employer or educational institution.
- An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) criminal record check.
