This short course, "Writing in the Style of Jane Austen," is designed to inspire participants to write in the style of Jane Austen using her language, devices, and genre. The course aims to help participants take on the point of view of one of Austen's characters and adapt it to a contemporary setting. It is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their creative writing skills, whether they are new to Austen's work or passionate admirers. The course offers a chance to add one's own imagination to the enigma of Jane Austen and the charm of her literary work.
Teaching:
