The MSc Product Design is a research-driven and interdisciplinary course that teaches students to design and build prototypes that challenge the way people interact with technology. Students will learn how to develop socially relevant design responses to address real-world issues, challenging and creating conversations about the ways in which people and society interact with technologies. The course combines modules in both design and technology, fostering collaboration with research scholars, groups within the University, external organizations, and creative practitioners. Through this, students develop new perspectives and frameworks on problem-solving, prototyping, design thinking, and making.
