Program Overview

The Film, Photography, and Media BA at the University of Leeds combines theoretical knowledge and practical skills in these three disciplines. Students explore key theories, debates, and developments in film and photography, while also developing their creative practice through coursework in screenwriting, digital photography, and moving image production. The program aims to equip graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the historical, theoretical, cultural, and industrial contexts of film and photography, alongside mastering skills in production and post-production.
