Program Overview

Students develop analytical and research skills through historical research methods, archaeology, literary analysis, and study of daily life in ancient Greek and Roman societies. Optional modules allow for focus on specific topics, including classical literature, early Islamic history, and ancient Greek and Latin. Graduates have a wide range of career opportunities, including publishing, journalism, law, curatorship, the civil service, the armed forces, advertising and marketing, education, business, finance, and the charity sector.
