Program Overview

This blended learning program provides 5 credits in PLC control, PLC programming, software programming, PLC applications, and control systems. Students will learn programming using Ladder Logic (LAD) and Sequential Function Charts (SFC) in GX Developer software for the Mitsubishi FX PLC. Assessment includes continuous assessment (50%) and a final exam (50%). Upon successful completion, participants may request a TUS Subject Certificate or receive ECTS credits towards a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Technology or Electrical Technology.
