Program Overview

This 120-credit German program requires 42 upper-division credits, including 9 elective credits. The freshman and sophomore years focus on core subjects and German language proficiency, while the junior and senior years explore German literature, culture, and communication skills. Students must earn a minimum grade of C in all upper-division German courses and can take up to six credits of German elective courses in English.
