Program Overview

The Writing, Rhetoric, and Literacy concentration focuses on the study of writing and rhetoric theories and practices, emphasizing genre, audience, and style. It prepares students for careers in writing and rhetoric, requiring a minimum GPA in Composition and English courses, completion of a second field, and coursework in designated writing, writing theory, pedagogy, and literature.
