Program Overview

The Master of Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology program (M.A.I.O.P.) equips students with the knowledge and skills to enhance organizational performance and productivity. Emphasizing practical knowledge and skills, the program prepares students to apply psychological principles to human resources and leadership challenges within organizations. Over two years, students complete 38 credits, including research methods, industrial psychology, and applied organizational development coursework, culminating in a practicum experience to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
