Program Overview

Colorado State University offers a 9-credit hour Certificate in Managing Human Resources to Business Administration majors. The program covers essential HR principles and practices, including employment law, recruitment, and performance management. Students complete MGT 310 Human Resource Management and select two additional courses from a list of three electives. The certificate complements students' major area of study and enhances their understanding of HR.
