Program Overview

The three-day Summer School, "Addressing the Social Context of Mental Distress," explores the limitations of the current mental health diagnostic paradigm and emphasizes the need for a shift towards social environments and cross-sectoral reform. Designed for diverse audiences, including policy-makers and mental health professionals, the program teaches through lectures, interactive exercises, and case study discussions. Participants receive a CICSI Summer School certificate upon completion.
