Program Overview

The BA World Performance program at the University of Essex trains students as both performers and theatre makers, providing intense training in global performance techniques. Students develop skills in Western and non-Western acting, performance, and devising, preparing them for careers as performers, directors, producers, facilitators, and researchers in any corner of the world. Graduates gain a deep understanding of various cultures, enabling them to work effectively in diverse international settings.
