Program Overview

The Human Rights Leadership Lab equips activists and managers with practical tools to enhance their leadership abilities, placing human rights values at the heart of their approach. The program covers values-based leadership, organizational culture, leadership styles, coaching, self-leadership, and strategies to prevent and respond to burnout and vicarious trauma. Participants receive a certificate from the University of Essex, Human Rights Centre upon completion.
